Substrate AI buys Swiss company Developing Talent for $1.8 million

DT to join the Fleebe AI human resources group strengthening its services, balance sheet and prospects

Substrate AIthe Spanish artificial intelligence company listed on BME Growth, has acquired Developing Talent in Switzerland for US$1.8 million. The payment will be made in three installments as follows: a first cash payment of $600,000 in July, another in January 2026 and a payment in shares of the same value in July 2026 provided that the company meets certain revenue and ebitda milestones.

Developing Talent offers executive coaching services to large companies around the world. from Switzerland and has clients such as Philip Morris, Nestlé and Cartier. With these operations, it closed the year 2024 with a turnover of 1.5 million dollars and an ebitda of 300,000 dollars. The company will join the group of companies that Substrate AI has created around Fleebe AI, which has been shaped as a 360 company in the field of human resources, with a complete offer of services and software always with artificial intelligence at the center.

Developing Talent will bring to the group new services to be offered to its existing customers and new customers to be offered AI software solutions.Fleebe AI has a presence in more than 10 countries, with the USA currently being its main market and NTT Data or Pepsico some of its main customers.
