V. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

SUBSTRATE AI S.A. is the Controller of the processing of the personal data of the Data Subject and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD). Such processing will be carried out exclusively for the performance of the contract. The data will be retained indefinitely for archiving purposes as long as neither party objects. The Interested Party has the right to withdraw its consent at any time, in which case the contract may be terminated under the terms set forth therein because the data is essential for its execution. VI. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

a. The applicable law in case of dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up this Legal Notice, as well as any matter related to the services of this Portal, shall be Spanish law.

b. For the resolution of any conflict that may arise on the occasion of the visit to the Web site or the use of the services that may be offered therein, the owner of the Web site and the User agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile, provided that the User is located in Spanish territory and acts as a consumer. Otherwise, the submission will be to the courts and tribunals of the city of Valencia, Spain.
