Substrate AI will be listed on the London Aquis in early October.

It will be the first Spanish company to be dual listed in this market.

Madrid, October 2023. Substrate AI, the Spanish company listed on the BME Growth and the American OTC market will ring the bell on the London Aquis at the beginning of this month in its strategy of listing on those markets where they make significant investments and where the Artificial Intelligence ecosystem is more mature.

The London Aquis is a growth companies market with a high daily liquidity of more than 2 billion euros from both retail and institutional investors, and more than 100 companies from various sectors, including technology, are listed on it.

The UK is the world's third largest investor in Artificial Intelligence behind only the USA and China, which gives a measure of the interest in these companies among investors in that market and the maturity of the UK AI ecosystem.

Substrate AI announced the acquisition this summer of the UK company Yamro Holding LTD which encompasses all operations of Ifit Solutions, the "Recruitment" company that will be Substrate AI's flagship for its HR vertical in the coming years and indicates the company's commitment to the UK entrepreneurial ecosystem.
